＊You can apply from Thursday, August 1, when pre-registration for the Japan 3-Day March will start.

＊Please apply for the 3-Day March by yourself.

◆“SHINRIN　HOTEL”

1 minute walk from Shinrin-koen Station, the next station to Higashimatsuyama Station. Conveniently located near Haneda and Narita Airports. The large bath "Shinrin-no-Yu" with a relaxing open-air natural hot spring bath and healthy and mild breakfast buffet are also popular. (Room bathrooms only have showers)

＊Access: 1 minute walk from Shinrin-koen Station on the Tobu Tojo Line, the nearest station.

Standard Room: Room size 15㎡, bed width 140 cm  *Please use the large public bath "Shinrin-no-Yu" for bathing.

Accommodation is provided only. Please travel to the venue by yourself.

◆From application to the day of your stay

(1) Application: Please apply by Tuesday, September 30th.

 ＊Room requests will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please apply as soon as possible.

(2) Payment: An invoice will be issued once the reservation is confirmed. Payment must be made by　Tuesday, September 30th.

 ＊Payment can be made credit card only(VISA or Mastercard)

(3) Change/Cancellation: Please contact us immediately if it occurs.

(4) Reservation confirmation: Reservation confirmation will be sent around October 22 (Thursday).

(5) On the day of your stay: Please present your reservation confirmation before completing the check-in procedure.
